Shipping & Delivery
For the delivery, we cooperate with DPD. At the moment the delivery takes 3-5 working days* within the Republic of Ireland. Your parcel will be delivered to the delivery address that you specify during the checkout. If you’re not available when the delivery takes place, DPD will store your parcel for 14 days in the next DPD store.
We will deliver the Product/products to you in accordance with the delivery option specified by you when you placed your order (e.g. Standard Delivery or Express Delivery).
We will dispatch all Products comprised in your order which are supplied by us at the same time on some occasions in multiple packages. Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified in your order. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses. We are not responsible for any additional carrying or positioning of Products ordered.
Once delivered, the Products ordered will become your responsibility and, except in relation to Products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you on: delivery of the Products to you; or us receiving full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, (including delivery charges) whichever is the later.
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our Site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery service from the available options as set out in Delivery Information.
Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Company and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
